3. Water Tricks
If the breathing exercises haven’t worked, it might be time for you to move on to the water tricks. Water tricks are great, because they generally end up complimenting breathing exercises. It’s impossible to drink and breath at the same time – unless by accident – so water really helps ‘reset’ the diaphragm. Some water-based remedies include: gargling water; taking 10 or more sips of water quickly in a row; drinking an entire glass of water without stopping to breath; and drinking a cup of water upside down or on the wrong side of the cup.
